What does it cost to start?
Nothing, and we do not ask for a card. Start posting straight away and subscribe when you are ready.
Does one subscription cover the whole family?
Yes. One plan covers everyone you invite, each posting from their own phone. No per-person charge, no limit on the group.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account settings. There is no lock-in on the family plan and no exit fee.
Does the care community have to pay?
No. The Community Partnership costs a community nothing, ever. The Community subscription is there for those who want the two-way platform as well.
Is TeaTime included with Foxtel?
No. Reaching TeaTime through Business iQ needs an active Foxtel Business subscription and a TeaTime subscription of its own.
