For care communities

Give every resident their family, on the TV in their room.

Families post from their phones. It is on the television in the resident’s room. Your staff do nothing.

Zero cost to start. Live across Australia and the UK.

Evidence, not intention

Built to support the standards you are held to.

Daily, timestamped evidence of family connection, against whichever standards you are assessed on.

Your team

No operational burden

No content to make, no training to deliver, no roster to change.

Compliance

Documented, daily

Every post and every viewing, timestamped. A record, not a statement of intent.

Occupancy

Better conversion at the door

Show a prospective family a resident receiving their family, right now, on the TV in the corner.

What the resident sees

One button on the TV they already watch.

TeaTime sits on the home screen alongside everything else. No login, no menu, nothing new to learn.

TeaTime open on a resident's television, showing their family's photos
The television in the resident’s own room.
What your team sees

A direct channel to every family, in one place.

On the Community subscription the line runs both ways, from a browser.

Approvals

Moments going back the other way.

A family posting to their own loved one goes straight to the television. No queue, nobody in the way.

This screen is the other direction. What your team photographs waits here until somebody approves it, then goes to that family’s phones.

Know Your Resident

You can see who has nobody.

Every resident sits at the centre of the people posting to them, scored by how often they do it.

It shows you the residents nobody is sending anything to. That is the list to act on this week.

  • High engagement
  • Medium engagement
  • Low engagement
Broadcast

Out to every family at once.

Newsletters, notices, event photographs and surveys, to the whole community or to one family. Results come back on the same screen.

The record

Evidence you can show.

Every post is followed to the end: sent by the family, played on the resident’s television, and watched. Each step is timestamped.

It is the family engagement evidence your next audit will ask for, kept as a record rather than as an impression.

Two ways to run it

Whether you pay or not, your residents benefit.

TeaTime works with every community regardless of budget. Take the path that suits you now and move when you are ready.

Questions

Things communities ask us.

What does this ask of my staff?

Very little. Our team handles onboarding and connects TeaTime to your televisions. After that it runs on its own: no maintenance, no content to curate, no daily involvement.

What does the resident have to do?

Press one button. TeaTime sits on their television the way Netflix does, and whatever the family has posted is already waiting.

Will it work with the televisions we have?

Most modern smart TVs, including Samsung Tizen, LG webOS and Android TV. We assess your sets on the overview call and tell you what, if anything, is needed.

How long does it take to go live?

Most communities are running within days of signing. Our onboarding team handles the technical work and helps you tell families it is coming.

Who can see what?

A family group is private. What a family posts goes to their own loved one’s television and nowhere else: not to your team, not to another family.

What your team shares is the part you control. Every moment waits in the approval queue until somebody signs it off, and you decide whether it goes to one family or is published for everyone. A published post is public in the ordinary sense, so treat it that way.

What about families who already subscribe?

They are upgraded to the community experience automatically when their loved one’s community joins, at no extra cost to them. They also gain the two-way communication features.

Is TeaTime included with Foxtel?

No. Reaching TeaTime through Business iQ needs an active Foxtel Business subscription and a TeaTime subscription of its own. If you have Business iQ we are glad to connect TeaTime either way.

Ready to bring families closer?

Join the communities across Australia and the UK who made family connection part of every resident’s day.

Zero cost to start. No contract on the Partnership.
